Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Please contact us immediately if an item in your order is damaged or defective.  Damaged or defective items will be replaced if available or exchanged with an item of equal or greater value if the original item is no longer available.
